There’s a new points set-up where each additional red dot killed increases the points the next dot is worth, and then you throw in the combo system by performing special moves. One mistake ends the current game, but just like the original, you’re raring to go on a replay to better your last performance.Įven with all of the extra features, it’s still an endless high score attack, and there are so many different ways to score. The boss battles are the definite stand out, as there are so many ways to die, and it takes a bit just to figure out which regions of the screen you can survive in to even have a shot at the targets. The dots are ever increasing in complexity, and the new boss battles introduce a unique challenge where you need to run over multiple targets to disable them. ![]() The main ideas return, and that lets you make frantic dashes across the screen at the next floating weapon to try to turn the tables on the red dots. Tilt To Live 2 is all about fast paced action with so much going on at once, and yet you can manage it with precise tilt controls. At launch, the sequel includes the classic mode as well as the code red mode for an increase level of difficulty. ![]() There’s still the same idea of tilting to guide your arrow to run over weapons floating around in an attempt to destroy a never ending supply of red dots. There are now new weapons, boss battles, and a trick system to create combos. The arrow, and red dots have returned for Tilt To Live 2: Redonkulous to provide the same tilt based arcade action set-up, but with all new features. The original is so good, and it means that any sequel has a lot to live up to. Tilt To Live is an App Store classic, that is one of my favorite games of all time with precision tilt controls, hectic action, and an intense simplicity of a single arrows and tons of red dots. ![]()
